Breakthrough sessions are designed to release the charge on negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Using Mental and Emotional Release (MER) therapy, together, we will get rid of all the junk that has been weighing you down, holding you back, and causing anxiety and stress.
You read that correctly. I too know the pain of past hurts and unhealthy belief systems about myself and what I could actually have. I had baggage lurking below the surface I wasn't even aware of. I had done a lot of conscious work and then I realized that the sneaky unconscious things were what was keeping me from being my best self. That's right!
In your breakthrough session, we will heal your past, overcome your obstacles, release the charge on negative emotions and beliefs as well as take the necessary action to unlock your best self and your best life!
I do not subscribe to the thought process that healing is a long term process. You can experience full emotional and mental healing using a rapid healing technique!
Yes, you read that correctly. Healing CAN happen quickly AND effectively. The conscious mind only accounts for about 10% of your brain's capacity while the unconscious mind is responsible for 90% of your brain's processing power. The conscious mind is what you are using right now to read this; it's the part of you that knows something is off and/or missing. Your unconscious mind is the part of you that knows what and/or why you are feeling stuck, frustrated, or simply longing for more.

This modality taps into your unconscious mind to bring the stuff that's running around in there to the conscious mind. This enables us to find the root cause and release all the nonsense (negative emotions and limiting beliefs) connected to it.
Our goal, together, is for you to breakthrough a specific area of life and walk in the you that you were created to be.
While this technique is not a memory eraser, you will be able to maintain a conscious memory of your past while no longer feeling the negative emotions such as anger or sadness.
Establishing rapport - it is important that your unconscious mind is safe and you understand why you are here and what is about to happen.
Personal History - we will take a detailed inventory of events that hold negative emotions and/or limiting beliefs without reliving these events.
Release the Emotions - this is where we get to release all that baggage your unconscious mind has been holding onto.
Elicit Root Cause - sometimes the events that we can recall are not actually the root of the issue(s) so we get to the point of cause
Emotion Check - repeating the process used in step three, we check to make sure no negative emotions or beliefs are lingering.
Elicit Values - what we value guides our behaviors and often times baggage values different less fulfilling things.

Neither your conscious or unconscious mind need to relive past events in order to heal. Both parts of you are fully aware of the emotions felt. While my counselor heart cares for the story, it is not necessary.
There is no magic pill that I nor anyone else can give you that will erase memories of negative events in your life. You will still have memory but the emotions such as anger, sadness, and even fear will no longer be attached to these memories freeing you from the weight of your past.
Your unconscious mind is designed to protect you; it wants to heal. The emotions that you release are released. You don't have to keep releasing them over and over. Now, this does not mean that as you live life, new things will not come up. The difference will be that you and your unconscious mind will know how to not pick up new baggage.

The best investments you can ever make are the ones in yourself. When you invest in yourself, you will ALWAYS see a return on your investment. After your breakthrough session is complete, you and I will have two follow-up sessions. These sessions are designed to address any negative emotions/thoughts have not showed up since going back into your world and get you moving towards your goals.
It NOT a requirement to continue coaching with me; however, it is recommended so that we can get you living your best life as your best self. You will gain the skills you need and rewrite the default behavior and responses your baggage created.
Why should you continue Coaching after a breakthrough session?
When you leave your breakthrough session, you will feel light and energetic. You will feel complete freedom from releasing all that *crap* that has been holding you back and keeping you from being and having MORE. And now you are ready for change! One of the best parts of what I get to do with you is that after we release your past and all those limiting beliefs, we don't stop there.
Using PROVEN techniques, you will get 100% clear on what matters most to you and what you ACTUALLY want. When you understand your true values and intentions, the responses, decisions, and behaviors that you need to achieve and be what you want will start to flow from you with ease you have not experienced yet.
This is also where we get better at communication and boundaries. I know that in today's world these can be dirty words or hot topics yet they are essential skills that play a large role in getting you where you want to be whether we are talking about you as an individual, your career, your relationships, your health, or even your finances.
